~ Is the law blind ~
A maid slammed a baby's head on the floor many time,subjected him to many forms of child abuse. She was sentenced to 4 years jail term. Another maid stole $33 000, no one was harmed in the process. She can be sentenced to 7years jail term. Someone was hurt in the former. A defenceless child was abused. In the latter, only money was taken. Shouldnt the punishment meted out be the other way round? The statue representing the Law is blindfolded..what does it truely represent?
